The website voyageculinairejaponais.com and the Voyage Culinaire Japonais service offered are published and provided, under its own responsibility, by Alexandra Cappadoro, a self-employed micro-entrepreneur registered under number 844 948 893, located at 34, rue Victor Hugo, 92300 Levallois-Perret, France. You can contact her by email at: alexandra@voyageculinairejaponais.com. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
The site is hosted in France by OVH, whose registered office is located at 2, rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix. Its content and images are the property of Alexandra Cappadoro. The site also contains a few royalty-free images obtained in particular from the website Freepik.com.
The only information collected includes first names, last names, and contact details necessary for providing the service. This information is not shared with any third parties and is only stored or used for the purposes of the service and for communication between Voyage Culinaire Japonais and you.
Conditions of services
Reservation
Click the “Reservation” button, select one of the upcoming dates offered, and proceed with payment using the Stripe Checkout service. You can pay for your reservation in full or choose to pay in installments by selecting the Klarna option.
Your reservation is then subject to confirmation by Voyage Culinaire Japonais based on the required number of participants.
For a reservation of at least 6 people, a confirmation will be sent to you by email.
For a reservation of fewer than 6 people, where you wish to reserve a Japanese culinary tour date to share with other guests, then: 1) a confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you as soon as the minimum number of participants is reached, or 2) you will be offered a choice between a new Japanese culinary tour date and a full refund, paid within 7 days of receiving your email (here) indicating your choice.
Cancellation and Postponement
You may cancel your reservation under the following conditions:
For a reservation of at least 6 people: If you cancel more than 7 days before the reserved date (the date itself excluded from the count), Voyage Culinaire Japonais will offer you either a postponement to another date or a 100% refund. If your cancellation occurs more than 3 days before the reserved date, a refund limited to 50% will be issued to cover purchases. No refunds will be given beyond this period.
For reservations of fewer than 6 people: No refund can be issued for cancellations of reservations for fewer than 6 guests. You will be eligible for a postponement valid for 3 months following the reserved date.
In the event of a cancellation by Voyage Culinaire Japonais, a new date will be proposed, or, at your option, a full refund will be issued without delay.
