Traditional recipes are freshly homemade, the day of the event, from Japanese produce or typically Japanese items (for instance, the rice and various sauces entering in the reciepe). Your menu will span over several courses to allow a discovery of many flavors. At a minimum: an appetizer, four main entrées with many side dishes, as well as deserts. Surprises will be brought along to complete the meal.

If you opt for alcohol, two different kinds of premium sakes will be served, together with a choice of Japanaese beers and French white wine.
